Dr. Mehak Chopra is a dedicated dentist with a Bachelor of Dental Studies completed in 2009, followed by a Master of Dental Surgery in Periodontics. Originally from India, she served as both a clinician and academician before bringing her expertise to Australia. Acing her ADC exam, Mehak is passionate about dentistry, finding joy in the positive changes it brings to people’s smiles and lives.

With a focus on gum health, Mehak excels in periodontics and takes pleasure in treating and caring for gums comprehensively. She prioritises patient education on oral hygiene practices to maintain overall health. Additionally, she finds fulfillment in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics, as they allow for complete personality makeovers.

Dr. Damien is a distinguished Dentist at Norlane Dental Aesthetics and Implants, known for proficiency in a comprehensive range of dental treatments. Besides general procedures, Dr. Damien has a special interest in orthodontics providing both traditional braces and clear aligners. Dr. Damien is particularly passionate in screening young children for severe dental and skeletal discrepency, providing phase 1 orthodontic treatments to minimise the need for tooth extraction/jaw surgery in the future.

Graduating with honours, the journey began at the University of Melbourne, where a Bachelor of Biomedicine with first class honours was earned, followed by a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Academic excellence is highlighted by numerous accolades, including the Therapeutic Guideline Award for outstanding performance in oral medicine, surgery, and special needs dentistry. Dr. Damien was also listed on the Dean’s Honour List in the final year, and shortlisted for the prestigious Australian Dental Association Victorian Branch Inc. prize. Currently, Dr. Damien is enhancing expertise through a Graduate Diploma in Orthodontics from OrthoED.

Dr Ziad Atalla is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with a strong interest in comprehensive general dentistry and patient-centred care. Since graduating from Griffith University on the Gold Coast, Dr Ziad has focused on building a broad clinical skill set across restorative dentistry, simple endodontic treatment, periodontal care, extractions, and prosthodontics, including both fixed and removable prostheses.

With a keen interest in periodontics and prosthodontics, Dr Ziad is committed to ongoing professional development and is actively seeking further training in advanced treatments, including dental implants. He believes in a staged and responsible approach to dentistry and values working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care before progressing to more complex procedures such as orthodontics or implants.

Dr Ziad is particularly passionate about guiding patients through their oral health journey, taking the time to educate and empower them to make informed decisions about their treatment. His calm and respectful manner makes him especially attentive to patients who experience dental anxiety, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and comfortable throughout their visits.
