About the sessions

An unhurried way to learn about full-arch implants.

From time to time, our principal dentist Dr Rashi Gupta hosts information sessions on All-on-X full-arch dental implants at our Hoppers Crossing practice. They are designed for people who are weighing up their options and would like clear, general information before booking a personal consultation.

The sessions are educational. There is no obligation to book a consultation or treatment, and you are welcome to simply listen and ask questions.

What is covered

What we talk through.

Each session gives a plain-English overview of how full-arch implant treatment works, what it involves from start to finish and what to think about before committing to it.

Information shared at a session is general and is not a diagnosis. Whether any treatment may suit you can only be confirmed after an individual clinical assessment.

Topics usually include
How All-on-X works
How a fixed bridge is held by four or more implants, and why the number varies between people.
Assessment and planning
What a consultation and a 3D CBCT scan involve.
Surgery and recovery
The stages of treatment, comfort and sedation options, and what healing is usually like.
Alternatives
Full dentures, implant-retained dentures and conventional implants.
Risks and upkeep
Possible complications, limitations and the care a full-arch bridge needs over the years.
Costs
How fees are estimated, health fund rebates and payment plan options.
Who it suits

Who the sessions are for.

You do not need a referral or an existing treatment plan to register your interest.

01.Dentures

Living with a denture

Several teeth loose or broken

Many teeth are missing or heavily repaired, and you want to know what pathways exist.

03.Nerves

Feeling anxious

You would like to hear about comfort and sedation options in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.

Prefer to talk one-on-one?

Book a personal consultation.

If you would rather discuss your own situation, you can book an initial implant consultation at any time. We will examine your mouth, arrange imaging if needed and explain the options that may suit you, with a written estimate.

Implant surgery, like any surgery, carries risks. You are welcome to ask another qualified practitioner for their view before you decide.
